Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using Bonndle Super App (“Bonndle”, "the platform") and other related services ( "Services", ) developed and operated by BOLDSCALE TECHNOLOGIES LTD. and BOLDSCALE TECHNOLOGIES INC. (“BOLDSCALE”, "us", "we", or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Services. By accessing or using the Services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CONTENT RESPONSIBILITIES.

Bonndle allows you to access, share, link, and store certain information such as text, graphics, videos, or any other digital materials ("Content") online. By continuing to use the Services you agree to the following terms:
 

1. You agree that you will not use the Services for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You agree to follow all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all acts or omissions that occur while sending, uploading or publishing any content using the Services on Bonndle.

2. We expect you to respect the rights of others. By using the Services, you agree that you will not upload, transfer, or otherwise make available files, images, code, materials, or other information or content ("Content") that violates the rights of any third party, including their intellectual property rights, however defined.

3. You also agree not to upload, transfer, or otherwise make available any content that is obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, or threatening. BOLDSCALE strictly forbids unsolicited messaging and unauthorized advertisements while using the Services.

4. BOLDSCALE has a zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse content and will terminate the access of any user who publishes or distributes child sexual abuse content. Furthermore, we will report such users to the appropriate authorities.

5. You are responsible for the security of your user account. You may be required to create a user account to access certain Services. While we have strong security controls to protect all users on Bonndle, you are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user account and password. Additionally, you are also responsible for any and all activities that occur under your user account.

6. You acknowledge that information of any kind presented to you via the Services may be protected by copyright, trademark, patent and/or other proprietary rights and laws. You agree not to violate these laws or infringe these rights in any way.

7. Certain features of the Services may allow you to publish or send content that can be viewed by others ("User Generated Content"). You agree that BOLDSCALE is not liable for User Generated Content that is provided by others. Based on content policies and other internal processes guiding Bonndle platform quality, BOLDSCALE has the right to refuse to post, edit, or deliver User Generated Content. BOLDSCALE reserves the right to remove User Generated Content for any reason that violates its policies. BOLDSCALE reserves the right to block any user’s access to any content, website or web page at our sole discretion.

8. BOLDSCALE does not claim ownership of any User Generated Content. However, by submitting User Generated Content on any Service, including any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques described therein, you consent to BOLDSCALE’s unrestricted access and possible use of those items.

9.  If you upload any Content or User Generated Content to BOLDSCALE’s sites, you warrant that you have the necessary rights and authority to do so, including the necessary consent to upload and distribute any personal information about third persons. You agree that you will not upload viruses or other forms of malware.
    

THIRD PARTY SITES AND CONTENT.

Our Services may contain links to other websites ("Third Party Sites"), as well as articles, policies, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third Party Content"). BOLDSCALE has no control over and no responsibility for Third Party Sites or Third Party Content and will take no liability for damages or losses incurred by their use thereof. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third Party Site or any Third Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by BOLDSCALE.
 

WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES.

BOLDSCALE does not guarantee that your use of the Services will be problem free. Although we work hard to provide the highest quality software and services, we cannot and do not guarantee that they will work perfectly every time or in every respect.

1. The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. BOLDSCALE and/or its respective suppliers hereby disclaim all warranties and conditions with regard to the Services, including all implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

2. BOLDSCALE does not represent or warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Services or the server that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

3. In compliance with local law, certain Services and websites may not be available in some countries.
    

TRADEMARKS.

The BOLDSCALE and Bonndle names and logos are trademarks of BOLDSCALE. You agree that all such trademarks, trade names, service marks and other brand features, and product and service names are trademarks and the property of BOLDSCALE (the "Boldscale Marks"). Without prior written permission, you agree not to display or use the Boldscale Marks in any manner.
 

CHANGES.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 14 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. It is your responsibility to stay informed of these changes and determining what constitutes a material change to your use of our Services is at our sole discretion.
 

SERVICE TERMINATION. 

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. 

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
